By booking or using Sisterly Cleaning Services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Sisterly provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including:
Deep cleaning
Maintenance cleaning (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
Services are performed according to the selected package and agreed schedule.
First-time customer promotions (e.g., 15% off initial clean) apply one time per household or business
Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
Prices are subject to change based on size, condition, or special requests
Clients agree to:
Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time
Secure pets, valuables, and sensitive materials
Notify us in advance of special instructions or concerns
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
Sisterly is insured for standard cleaning operations. We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by unstable items or undisclosed hazards
Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
Accepted payment methods are determined by our booking platform
Failed payments may result in service suspension
All content, branding, and language (including “sisterly” messaging) are the property of Sisterly Cleaning Services and may not be reused without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States.
